Sastojci:

Teleće meso bez kosti: 600g

Crveni luk: 2 glavice

Bijeli luk: 2 češnja

Ulje : 1 šolja

So : 2 kašikice

Biber u zrnu Vispak: 1 kašikica

Tajna mješavina Sitni ćevap Vispak: 1kom

Crvena mljevena paprika Vispak: 1 kašikica

Peršun list: 1 kašika

Paradajz pelat: ½ šolje

Meso izrezati na kockice, crveni i bijeli luk na sitno. Na tavi, na vrelom ulju propržiti luk crveni, luk bijeli, celer, posoliti i pobiberiti. Na laganoj vatri sve dinstati pa dodati meso na kockice, Tajna mješavinu za sitni ćevap, paradajz pelat. Po potrebi dodati malo vode i na laganoj vatri dovršiti jelo.

Rižu skuhati u slanoj vodi i poslužiti kao podlogu sitnom ćevapu. Dekorisati sa začinskim biljem.
