Sastojci:

Brašno: 200g

Jaja: 2kom

Prašak za pecivo Laganini Vispak: 1 kašikica

Sol: 1 kašikica

Tajna začin Vispak: 1 kašika

Pileći karabatak: 600g

Kisela voda: 1dl

Maslac: 10g

Ulje : 1dl

Mikropovrće : 100g

Na ulju i maslacu propržiti pileći odkošteni karabatak, dodati Tajna začin, pa izvaditi na toplo.

U dublju posudu umutiti jaja, ulje, kiselu vodu i mlijeko. Sve umutiti, pa dodati brašno, so i prašak za pecivo. Umutiti do gustoće malo gušće od palačinaka. Pripremljenu masu izliti namašćen pleh pa poredati piletinu, piletinu preliti malo sa tijestom i peći u rerni na 180 stepeni oko 30 minuta.

Pečenu pitu posuti sa mikropovrćem ili nekim drugim začinskim biljem, te poslužiti sa jogurtom.
